The aim of Ian Ritchie Land Agents is to give straight forward down to earth advice and assistance to farming clients both old and new.  Ian Ritchie has worked in the land agency sector in North West Cumbria since 1993, working at two local auction marts as a Land Agent until making the decision to set up as an independent Land Agent in 2019.

Ian Ritchie Land Agents Ltd consists of Ian Ritchie working as the main Land Agent for the company. Ian is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is also an RICS Registered Valuer. Ian is supported by his wife Fiona and daughter Abbie.

Fiona, a dairy farmers daughter from Skelton has over the years, gained extensive knowledge of the farming sector.

Abbie is a trained veterinary nurse and joined the company in 2021. She is a valued member of the team providing support to the business and its clients.

Over the years Ian has undertaken most aspects of Land Agency work and will continue to do so working for clients in the North West of Cumbria and further afield.
