Ian Ritchie has worked as a Land Agent in Cumbria since 1993, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
He has wide experience in both sales and acquisition of farms and farm land throughout Cumbria including Wigton; Carlisle; Penrith; Eden Valley; Appleby, Kirkby Stephen and The Lake District with all aspects of land agency matters undertaken.
Ian is supported by his wife Fiona and daughter Abbie.

We are proud of our local knowledge and have been born and bred in Cumbria. Ian Ritchie was raised and educated at Kirkby Stephen prior to studying rural estate management at The Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester and has worked as a Land Agent in Cumbria since 1993.
Fiona is a farmer’s daughter from Skelton and has worked and has been involved in the agricultural industry since leaving school to the present day.
Abbie is a trained veterinary nurse and joined the company in 2021. She is a valued member of the team providing support to the business and its clients.
